James Lim
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
James Lim has over 15 years of experience in the consulting
industry and has worked across the United States, Australia,
Japan, and other countries, giving him a deep understanding of
international market dynamics.
An exceptional leader with strategic foresight, James excels at
formulating and executing long-term development plans. He holds
dual degrees in International Relations and Economics. As CEO,
he oversees the development and execution of the company’s
overall strategy, leads the senior management team, and
coordinates cross-departmental efforts. Additionally, he
represents the company in building and maintaining key
relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
Michael Tang
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Michael Tang brings strong organizational skills and extensive
team management experience, ensuring seamless coordination
across multiple projects and optimal resource allocation.
Previously, he worked at a large multinational corporation in
the United States, where he gained in-depth familiarity with
global market operations. At APCM, Michael is responsible for
managing the company’s daily operations, streamlining internal
processes, monitoring project progress, and adjusting strategies
to address market changes effectively.
Robin Mavis
Director of Business Development
Robin Mavis holds a degree in Marketing from New York University
and has cultivated an extensive industry network and strong
client relationships. With outstanding negotiation and
communication skills, she is adept at analyzing market trends
and identifying potential business opportunities.
At APCM, Robin develops and implements the company’s business
development strategies, spearheading efforts to acquire new
clients and expand into new markets. She also maintains
relationships with existing clients, identifies their needs, and
delivers tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
Andrew Wang
Director of Risk Management
Andrew Wang holds a Master’s degree in Finance and is a CFA
charter holder. With over five years of experience in project
risk management, Andrew excels in data analysis and utilizes
various tools to conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
His responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and
monitoring political and commercial risks, designing effective
risk management strategies, and contributing to crisis
management planning. Andrew ensures the company and its clients
are well-prepared to navigate uncertain environments.
Chris Jiang
Director of Public Affairs
Chris Jiang earned a Master’s degree in International Law and
International Relations from the University of Bristol. With
prior experience in government, he possesses in-depth knowledge
of policy-making processes, a keen political acumen, and
expertise in public relations management.
At APCM, Chris leads the company’s engagement with government
agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to
advance the company’s public affairs agenda. His work includes
conducting policy research, performing risk assessments,
providing actionable policy recommendations, organizing public
events, and managing media outreach efforts.
