Public Affairs Consultant
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored public affairs strategies to help clients navigate policy changes and regulatory challenges.
Monitor and analyze policy developments relevant to clients, offering in-depth insights and actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and NGOs.
Organize or assist clients in participating in policy discussions, industry forums, and effectively engaging with policymakers.
Support clients in managing public affairs crises, devising contingency plans, and providing strategic guidance.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Public Policy, Law, International Affairs, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in government relations, public affairs, policy consulting, or a related domain; experience in consulting firms is a plus.
Familiarity with Singapore’s and international policy environments; in-depth knowledge of Southeast Asia’s regulatory and business landscape is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin; additional language skills are an advantage.

Legal and Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal and regulatory research for both company and client projects to ensure compliance in local and international markets.
Provide legal advisory services, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and other legal documents to mitigate risks.
Assist clients with cross-border legal matters, supporting their compliance operations in new markets, particularly in areas such as data protection, commercial law, and antitrust regulations.
Monitor and stay up-to-date with the latest legal and regulatory developments, providing regular legal updates and training to the company and clients.
Act as a liaison between clients and external legal counsel, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Law; bar qualification is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of international law, commercial law, data protection regulations, or related areas; familiarity with Southeast Asian legal frameworks is a plus.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, with practical experience in handling cross-border legal matters preferred.
Excellent legal analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; ability to draft professional legal documents and reports in both languages.
